January 2012 - Our new website has been launched and is located at

all future calendar updates and news items will be posted there.
We will also start uploading photos to the new website soon
We now have Youth Members in all sections
(Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers and Rovers)
Since our Unit was reactivated four of our Venturers
have achieved their Queen Scout award
Our Venturer Unit hosts Venturers from other local Groups

January 2010 - Even though this website is not upgraded regularly,
our Group is still here, going strong and having
even more fun than we have always had
Leaders have been hard to find so we had to grow our own
Our two Cub Leaders/Rovers started as Cubs at our Group
With our Group growing as it has over the last few years and Leader growth not keeping up,
the Webmaster/GL has spent the last few years as Assistant Leader in two of sections as
well as Leader in the other two and has not had enough time to update this website
regularly one of our Parents has started working on a new website - watch out for it
In the meantime, in response to recent enquiries, the section pages have been updated,
broken links updated or removed and term calendars for 2010 added
No new photos collections have been added - we still have as many funn activities and
take even more photos but now they are on DVDs and PCs and not on our website
